NAEP Process Data Researchers Ruhan Circi and Burhan Ogut recently published an article in the National Council on Measurement in Education’s journal Educational Measurement: Issues and Practice using data from the High School Longitudinal Study of 2009 (HSLS:09) to explore the relationship between high school coursetaking and college enrollment.

The Center for Process Data has finished work on the 2017 grade 4 NAEP mathematics process data. The data are now available under a restricted-use data license to researchers who apply and request access.

NAEP Process Data Researcher Dr. Ruhan Circi will present on Friday, November 18, 2022, at the Association for Public Policy Analysis & Management (APPAM) 2022 Fall Conference being held in Washington, DC.

NAEP Researcher Dr. Juanita Hicks was recently invited to Norway to present NAEP process data at a workshop on Academic Resilience (AR) along with others from the international research community. The workshop, which is the first in a series, is part of a grant awarded to Dr. Nani Teig, associate professor at the University of Oslo, Norway through the Centre for Advanced Studies Fellowship Program.

The 2022 AERA and NCME annual meetings will feature presentations, trainings, and demonstrations relevant to NAEP R&D efforts.
