2022 was a busy year for the NAEP R&D program, and we are staying busy in 2023! In this post, we preview some of the workshops, conferences, and research presentations coming up this year.

The NAEP R&D Program stayed busy in 2022, making strides on a wide variety of fronts. As the year comes to a close, let’s look back at some of the progress and achievements made in 2022.

The NAEP Doctoral Internship Program is a 10-week paid remote internship that provides interns with the opportunity to dive into data from the National Assessment of Educational Progress (NAEP) while working directly with researchers from the National Center for Education Statistics (NCES) and the American Institutes for Research (AIR). The program’s seventh year is getting under way, with applications for 2023 opening in December 2022.

This holiday season, we’re thankful for all of the data tools and resources from the National Assessment of Educational Progress (NAEP) that help us visualize, understand, and interpret NAEP data. Take a look at some examples and get started working with NAEP data!
